Jayson has achieved great success managing an array of community services, particularly across family domestic violence and abuse (FDVA), youth, mental health, disability, and aged care.

Jayson prides himself on having an intrinsic barometer firmly anchored in a strong social conscience for good and bringing out the very best in colleagues. In everything he does he strives to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Jayson is a genuine, authentic, engaging leader who started his career as an Elementary School Counsellor in the Hawaiian Islands, while completing a Bachelor of Social Work. He went on to undertake post graduate studies in Public Policy and Administration in New Zealand, before moving to Queensland to pursue further leadership opportunities.

An experienced grass roots practitioner at heart, and change advocate in practice, Jayson embraces the call to action for positive male role modelling, as a commitment to the protection, safety and wellbeing of woman and children.
